Role/Duties/Respopnsibilities
• Lead the Beta-User Recruitment & Feedback service.
• Identify and invite ideal early adopters via Community Groups, mailing lists, and social channels.
• Manage NDAs, incentive codes, and tester onboarding flows.
• Collect in-product analytics and open-ended feedback; auto-cluster comments into theme buckets (UX, performance, pricing, bugs).
• Publish a “Beta Insights Report” with top issues, feature requests, and retention curves; route actionable tickets to Compass and Catalyst.
