Role/Duties/Respopnsibilities
• Lead three core services: Portfolio Roadmapping, Strategic Roadmap & Sprint Plan, and OKR Workshop.
• Translate founder vision and KPI targets into sequenced epics, sprint backlogs, and quarterly Objectives & Key Results.
• Sync with Jira / ClickUp / Linear boards; auto-prioritise tickets by value-vs-effort and flag blockers.
• Feed utilisation stats to Resource Allocation Planning; surface schedule slippage to Stratos and Aiden Zephyr.
• Publish weekly “Execution Pulse” digest: velocity, burndown, risk heat-map, and next-step recommendations.
