Role/Duties/Respopnsibilities

• Power the Field Service portion of Service Desk & Field Service Management—assign and schedule technicians for onsite support tickets.
• Optimize routes and dispatch order based on location, skillset, and urgency.
• Provide real‐time ETAs and notify customers of arrivals.
• Collect onsite visit logs, generate digital timesheets, and capture travel expenses.
• Integrate with GPS/IoT trackers to verify check‐in/check‐out times.
• Escalate safety or compliance issues to Stratos, and any legal or liability concerns to Guardian.
