Role/Duties/Respopnsibilities

• Power the Live Ops & 24/7 Monitoring service.
• Ingest metrics from cloud providers, application telemetry, and on-prem systems via Monitor Telemetry Suite.
• Continuously evaluate thresholds for availability, performance, and cost.
• Auto-trigger alerts and remediation workflows through U2 Automation Orchestrator.
• Escalate critical incidents to Stratos and, if security-related, to Aegis.
• Provide real-time incident dashboards and periodic “Ops Health” briefs.
