Live Ops & 24 / 7 Monitoring hooks into your cloud metrics (AWS CloudWatch, GCP SCC), app logs, billing APIs, and uptime probes, then watches for latency spikes, error surges, cost overruns, or suspicious traffic. Stratos sets service-level objectives (SLOs) and escalation policies; the Monitor agent streams anomalies to Slack / PagerDuty and kicks off automated rollbacks or scaling rules. A daily digest and a real-time dashboard let you see uptime %, P95 latency, and spend variance at a glance—so issues are fixed before users ever tweet about them.
